About this opportunity

EKKLESIA Tanzania is a Christ-centered ministry serving children, families, and communities through Christian education, inclusive education, special-needs support, family support, discipleship, community service, leadership development, and practical Christian ministry. We welcome Christian students and other mission-minded volunteers with skills or interest in fundraising, donor engagement, resource mobilization, partnership development, CSR engagement, online research, and supporter outreach. Volunteers may assist with researching potential donors, foundations, churches, Christian organizations, and funding opportunities; identifying appropriate fundraising channels; developing fundraising ideas and campaigns; preparing donor and partner communication materials; supporting resource mobilization strategies; researching potential CSR and ministry partners; and helping EKKLESIA strengthen its capacity to communicate its needs and opportunities for service. Volunteers will work collaboratively with the EKKLESIA team according to their skills, experience, interests, and availability. Remote and virtual participation may be arranged where appropriate. This is a volunteer opportunity and not paid employment.` What to bring / training: Volunteers will receive appropriate orientation and guidance from the EKKLESIA team before beginning their activities. Volunteers should be comfortable with online research, professional communication, and collaborative work. Specific tasks and tools will depend on the volunteer's skills and agreed role. Volunteers should maintain confidentiality, follow EKKLESIA's safeguarding and organizational guidelines, and obtain approval before representing EKKLESIA in external communications or contacting prospective donors or partners.
