About this opportunity

Volunteer Buddies play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful experience for our All‑Stars. As a Buddy, you’ll work one‑on‑one with an All‑Star, encouraging them, helping them participate in activities, and making sure they feel supported throughout the event. You’re never alone in this role—our Care, medical, and safety teams are always on site to assist with any needs that arise. The Care team knows our All‑Stars well and works thoughtfully to match you with an All‑Star who fits your comfort level, experience, and personality, helping you feel confident from the start. To volunteer, registration is required, including creating a volunteer profile. This helps us understand your background, experience, and comfort level so we can make the best possible match. All volunteers are asked to wear an All‑Stars Club T‑shirt during events; shirts are free to borrow or for sale onsite if you want your own. Our program includes Club events filled with music, games, sports, crafts, and connection, and meets 4x/year. As a Buddy, you help make these moments possible, offering encouragement, companionship, and fun to every All‑Star you meet. We have multiple locations in 6 states. Please look carefully at the volunteer section to learn about the All-Stars Club at New Hope Church and read the registration info for the date and time!
